• Interactive startup simulation with decision-making scenarios
• AI-powered conversations with simulated characters
• Progress tracking and learning analytics
• Educational content and guidance

3. Account Registration

To use Runway, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content

5. AI-Generated Content

Runway uses artificial intelligence to generate responses from simulated characters. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for educational purposes only
• AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You should not rely on AI content for real business, legal, or financial decisions
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI interactions

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by The Motion Bridge and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (such as startup ideas and strategies). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve the Service.

7. Subscription and Payments

Beta Access: During our beta period, access to Runway is free. We may introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, with advance notice to users.

Organizational Licenses: If your access is provided through an educational institution or organization, your use is subject to any additional terms agreed with that organization.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that:

• The learning outcomes will meet your expectations
• Any information provided is accurate or complete

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, The Motion Bridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Motion Bridge from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination
